Cancellation & Refund Policy

A deposit at reservation of CHF 500 is charged and fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the retreat. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat. An email with a payment link will be sent.

Cancellation by participant

• More than 60 days — Full refund

• Less than 30 days — non refundable, however if your place can be filled from the waiting list, we will gladly refund your payment, less a CHF 250 administration fee.

• Name changes — Allow someone else to attend instead. CHF 50 administration fee.
